The Bouldur spawns during Special Events like Code 66, and is categorized as a One Hit Monster. Killing Boulders will not give Guild Gifts, but they do drop large amounts of Stone when hit.
The Bouldur can also be obtained as a Familiar, which gives the player boosts to resource production.
